Byron E. Siegel, Esq.
My medical school course, as well as years of litigation and trial experience, while achieving positive outcomes for clients, has made me uniquely qualified to handle your personal injury needs. Understanding medical injuries of all types has allowed me to successfully pursue medical law cases for clients. With a graduate law degree of Master of Law in Medical Law, I have been able to use a strong, aggressive, never-say-never pursuit of clients’ goals.
My education at the University of Michigan provided a background for completion of a new program in medical law at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, through the medical school and law school, where I also trained as an autopsy assistant at the Cuyahoga Coroner’s Office. As part of the program I was a member of the staff Department of Justice at the US Attorney’s Office, involved in medical negligence cases against the US government.
Close interaction with clients, who realized I understood the true medical nature of their multiple and complex injuries assisted my being able to fully sympathize with clients’ physical and emotional pain, by-pass rejections by other attorneys and maintain focus to take whatever legal steps necessary to achieve proper monetary compensation for those injuries.
